About
Welcome!
I am an author, Human Rights Consultant certified by the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), social work researcher, Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (trauma-informed) and counter-cult activist.
I studied social work practice, social injustice and policy at University of Michigan’s Graduate School of Social Work, where I earned a Mastertrack Social Work credential with a 4.0 GPA.
I completed trauma studies and a credential at the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM). I received a psychology certificate and enjoyed psychology coursework taught by Yale professor Paul Bloom.
I have enjoyed gaining knowledge from many universities, including but not limited to: Johns Hopkins University psychology (certificate), Masters Certificate in Christian Apologetics (theology, philosophy, world religions) at Biola University; a business degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas Lee Business School. I enjoyed studying humanitarian communication (certificate) from University of Geneva Switzerland (online courses).
I am a member in good standing with board certified pastoral counseling and in several areas of coaching (marriage and family, mental health, first responder, health and wellness, life coaching, etc.) at American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). I wrote for many years at the Christian Post’s online blog section, and have published several theological writings since 2009.
With God’s strength, I have lead a support group online for cult victims and their families since 2012. Peculiar cults, secret societies and cult-looking groups that do no harm to our citizens (ingroup/outgroup) have a right to exist in our free and open society. I write books about destructive cults using a social work ethics and social justice lens.
I would love to get to know you. Please reach out to me on the contact form if you would like to connect. Thanks for stopping by!
